I'm having One Of Those Months. But all is well, actually and moving forward apace with our capacity expansion (got a big ol' chiller for the roof last week and that was pretty funny. "How many brewery staff members DOES it take to get a 2000 pound chiller off a truck?"
We expect our second 30 barrel fermenter in soon, have our Amber Lager packaging ready to go pending final government approval (natch) and should (I say SHOULD) start knocking down walls and messing around with the Tap Room bathrooms soon, creating that back hall to the new rental hall space we've been talking bout.
I hope to have official architectural drawings up in the Tap Room by Monday for all to see!
Wench is all over the map this weekend, from pouring beer at the Habitat for Humanity Auction on Friday, schmoozing around the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society fund raiser Saturday and Dancin' for the Earth at Downtown Home and Garden Saturday as well!
So...I know you missed me...I promise to post daily this week, just to annoy the crap out of you and everybody else.
